I bought the smaller garden hod for myself and quickly found it's perfect for a variety of tasks; it's not just for the garden. Just love the look of the bent wood handle and how well put together it is-- truly high quality workmanship. I did not expect such strength in the coated wire part-- it's rock solid! It's clearly made to last decades and well worth the price. Also, I've really come to appreciate how the smooth coating doesn't bruise tender veggies.
I just ordered 2 more, one for my son [GA] and my daughter [SC]. They both have gardens and my son has a few chickens so I know he'll be able to use it for gathering eggs, too.
