Product Policy

Maine Garden Products is delighted that you have chosen one of our products and we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. We offer satisfaction guarantees on all of our items. We will gladly refund the purchase price less a 15% re-stocking fee of your item, or exchange the item -- your choice within 30 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused, complete, and in the original packaging.

Please provide original sales order number to expedite processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept COD packages. Damaged or missing items noticed upon delivery should be reported promptly and will be replaced at our expense.

To return a product, you first need to obtain an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) from Maine Garden Products. Please call (207)613-2973 to request an RMA. Attempted returns without an RMA number will not be accepted from the shipper. Our return process is simple and straightforward. Once we assign you an RMA number, we will either mail or email you a UPS shipping label to use in returning your product. We charge you a flat fee of 10% of the product's cost for return shipping. You will be credited promptly, usually within two business days, upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
