Designed as a harvest basket but used for everything from a picnic basket to a knitting basket to a place to store kindling at the fireplace.

Pike's Original Maine Garden Hod measures 19-1/4"L x 11"W x 7-1/4"H and has a capacity of approximately two pecks (16 quarts) with the brand on one end.

    A beautiful and functional accessory for the garden. I almost don't want to use it, it's so nice! Sturdy construction, and the coated wire will not bruise fragile vegetables. Very pleased with this item and highly recommend it if you do a lot of vegetable gardening and are tired of using baskets and boxes!

    Nice product and handy size. Some of the pieces of wood chosen could have been nicer quality as to avoid splintering cracks

    I have purchased one for everyone in my family (except myself..need to change that!) and everyone loves them. They are used to haul vegetables from the garden, carry seedlings around for transplanting, washing off various objects, and a yarn/knitting basket in the winter, for a few examples. Highly recommended. Quality has thus far withstood life with northern ME outdoor kids... definitely a notable benchmark.
